I recently had the pleasure of our Walk This Weigh Wellness group's Christmas party here and I cannot recommend this venue highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was seamless and enjoyable. The food was simply outstanding! Very reasonable priced and was thoughtfully prepared and presented, catering perfectly to our diverse group’s tastes. It truly lifted our celebration and left everyone raving about it. The ambiance of the coffee shop provided the perfect backdrop for our gathering. With space for all 20 of us, it felt both cozy and accommodating. The warm atmosphere made our event feel special and intimate. Overall, McCallans exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for outside catering or a fantastic place to host an event, maybe just simply enjoy a great cup of coffee, look no further. We can’t wait to return!

Great food at a reasonable price. The location is convenient as it's on the main road. Busy street but you can usually find a spot to slot into without too much trouble. Always nice and clean with a few tables and chairs inside. Friendly staff and a very good variety of food. The egg mayo with crispy bacon and salad sandwich is particularly good. Highly recommend this excellent little sandwich shop.

Lovely place excellent coffee staff are welcoming and always go out of their way for my 95 year old mum & make her tea exactly as she likes it & not surprising the buffets appear to be popular

Stopped off to grab some sandwiches before going for a walk, and what a lovely experience. The coffee was hot and tasty! The sandwiches were handmade and delicious and even wrapped up for us to put in our bag whilst we walked. The service was outstanding, very friendly! I have driven past this shop many times and I fully intend to stop more often in the future. It was great value for money at just over 12 for two coffees and two sandwiches, and salad! I Would highly recommend!

We ordered a buffet for my father in law's 80th birthday at our house. Really good selection, all freshly made and plenty to go round. Excellent service and value for money. Highly recommended.

A hidden gem. Enjoyed a super breakfast here. Great selection of dishes, all freshly prepared to order & reasonably priced. Service is prompt, friendly & professional. We'll definitely visit again. Thanks

Lovely food and the staff were very attentive. I do like things a particular way and don't always feel I can ask but I didn't even have to here, I was asked how I would like things. Made such a difference!!!! Was made to feel like the staff enjoyed being of service. Great place

The food is lovely, all fresh as it should be. Lots of choice and very reasonably priced. Polite and friendly staff. Will definitely return
